Managed + Calls remains demo-first; its proposed founding rate is $117/mo for 3 months with setup waived. Standard setup is $197 or $297 respectively. Quo plan, AI usage, carrier and registration fees are separate.

How do the call cap and provider fees work?

Quo bills your own account directly. Managed + Calls covers up to 150 AI-answered inbound calls each month; beyond that, calls must route to voicemail unless you approve an upgrade. Quo credit tiers and overages-disabled settings control provider usage. We confirm and test the exact service cutoff before activation; it is not an unlimited-call plan.

Does AI quote prices or book appointments?

No. AI collects information and takes messages; it does not quote prices or confirm appointments. You review the details and make those decisions. AI wording can vary and errors are possible.

What about texts, consent and recording?

Texts are informational. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Calls use the notice: “This call may be recorded and answered by an AI assistant.” You remain responsible for consent, accurate A2P registration and recording requirements.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Email northcoast.ops@mail.grokbot.com anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, with no cancellation fee. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work begins. Standard monthly service renews automatically until canceled. Founding Managed ends automatically after 3 monthly payments unless canceled earlier; continuation is a separate choice.
