Terms of Service

  1. Service. We set up and manage missed-call text-back (and, on Managed + Calls, AI overflow/after-hours inbound call answering, up to 150 calls/mo; beyond the cap, calls route to voicemail unless you approve an upgrade) on your own Quo account. We do not provide phone service.
  2. Fees. Managed: $197 setup + $97/mo. Managed + Calls: $297 setup + $147/mo. Founding Managed: setup waived; 3 monthly payments of $67, then the plan ends automatically. Continuing on regular Managed at $97/mo requires your separate explicit authorization. Standard Managed requires two checkouts: $197 setup + the first $97 month, totaling $294 before tax. Founding Managed + Calls: $0 setup + $117/mo for 3 months, then $147/mo. Standard monthly subscriptions renew automatically monthly until canceled; Founding Managed ends after 3 monthly payments. Purchases go through Gumroad as payment processor. Quo, carrier, and registration fees are billed by those providers and are your responsibility.
  3. Cancellation. Cancel anytime by emailing northcoast.ops@mail.grokbot.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. There are no cancellation fees. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work begins.
  4. Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for (a) obtaining any consent required by the TCPA, state law, and CTIA guidelines for messages sent from your number; (b) completing accurate A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registration; (c) call-recording consent and notices; (d) the content you approve; (e) your Quo account and its terms.
  5. AI accuracy. AI features can misunderstand callers or make errors. AI responses are not instructions, quotes, or commitments. AI does not quote prices or confirm appointments. Review messages and summaries, and don't rely on AI for emergencies.
  6. Third-party providers. The service depends on Quo, Gumroad, wireless carriers, and other providers we don't control. We're not liable for their outages, delays, registration rejections, filtering, or price changes.
  7. Results vary. We do not promise any number of leads, jobs, revenue, or answered calls.
  8. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  10. Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Northcoast Ops against claims arising from your messages, your consent practices, your data, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
  11. Digital products. Downloadable products (e.g., the $1 script pack) are licensed for your business's internal use, may not be resold, and are final sale except for defective files.
  12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Venue: state or federal courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
  13. Changes. We'll give you 30 days' email notice of material changes or price changes.
